When Maureen and Bill first got engaged, they tried to decide what type of wedding they wanted. At first, they thought, oh we could elope, or we could do a destination wedding, but they quickly realized they wanted to do something closer to home and celebrate their love with everyone special to them. This wedding was an intimate affair including all of their closest and dearest friends and family.
Bill wore a navy blue tuxedo with classic brown shoes and Maureen wore a beautiful gown with a draping lace back. They had one person stand up on each side and two of Maureen’s sons walked her down the aisle at the traditional Catholic ceremony at the St. Mary Church in Mokena, IL.
The couple wanted to stop at a favorite park where they like to have picnics together for a meaningful shot and off we went to CD & Me in Frankfurt. Guests enjoyed an indoor and outdoor cocktail hour at this beautiful and unique location and a 5 piece jazz band played while everyone celebrated.
